Tim has been recording, producing, and mastering professionally both in Europe and the United States with some of the top people in the music industry. He is a graduate of Germany's prestigious Tonmeister program, considered the most intensive music engineering program in the world. Tim has worked with top international producers, artists and engineers in a huge variety of musical styles. He was invited to Berklee College of Music in Boston as a Fulbright Scholar, graduated with a triple major in Music Production, Piano Performance, and Composition and freelanced in world-class recording facilities before starting Blink Music. Blink is the expression of Tim's years of dedication to the art and technology of music production. Tony is an ace in recording, programming and mixing and one of Boston's finest percussion experts and drummers with an innovative and fresh sound. He attended Berklee with a focus on Music Synthesis and became a proficient studio drummer through his drummer mentors Kenwood Dennard and John Ramsey. Tony worked in several studios before joining Blink and has engineered, mixed and mastered a wide scope of projects. His expertise in sound design has allowed him to produce some very effective work with various orchestrators and film scorers.

Diego hails from Guatemala and brings with him several diverse musical styles and influences that include pop, rock, flamenco and even metal. He is a Berklee-trained musician and engineer with a natural instinct for capturing the essence of other artists' sound in the studio. An active musician, Diego plays guitar and bass in two bands and concentrated on Performance and Music Engineering while at Berklee.

Jordan is a trained filmscorer, composer, producer and a brilliant songwriter. His work was recently nominated for an Emmy. He worked extensively in different studios around Boston before joining the Blink Team. Jordan also works with Tim in artist development and arranging.

Victor specializes in alternative rock production and engineering. With thirteen years of experience in electric guitar, bass guitar, and trumpet, this multi-instrumentalist truly understands the modern rock act. An avid bicyclist and UMass Amherst graduate in business, Victor previously worked at Bearsville Sound Studio in Woodstock, New York.

Estevan joined the Blink Team with a main focus on engineering, programming, and multimedia. His passion is experimental music and conceptual art.
