Music Production
Tim has written and scored various orchestral themes and co-written songs and albums in a variety of genres (rock, pop, hiphop, soul, electronica, etc) - see our Blink Player for examples. Recently, he collaborated with Miria on her new album and has written music for Fay. He is also leading his own band, the Tim Lukas Project, which ranges in style from Peter Gabriel to Seal and Billy Joel. Sean has been commissioned to write large orchestral pieces. His recent work includes his Fanfare, which was performed by the Boston Pops. Blink works regularly with various songwriters and composers. Artist Development
Pre-production: Blink Music works with a team of producers and arrangers that help artists in the early stages of their production to define and expand upon their style, strength, and focus. This includes setting the tone of a production, decisions about arrangement, casting, and recording schedules. We have a huge database of talented musicians with a variety of styles and instruments.
Recording: How an artist is being recorded greatly affects the final sound and feel of the record. Using the most advanced, up-to-date digital recording technology available, we focus on making it easy for the artist to deliver great performances. The engineer’s attention and alertness ensures a smooth recording experience. You will enjoy the studio’s acoustics in addition to our high-end equipment. Casting Services
Blink Music has access to a wide range of voice-over talent that in the past have included Shannon Douglas and Alicia Silverstone. Blink can arrange a casting session to assist you with your choices and provide you with a CD or cassette of voices compiled from our existing collection of demo recordings.
All our engineers and interns play at least one instrument very well. It is this perspective of relating to musicians that strengthens our connection to the talent that we hire.
